Etsy…Monday?
A very dear friend of mine took the plunge/tied the knot/entered into the holy state of matrimony over the weekend and celebrations were called for. Two days’ worth. And they were the kind of amazing-spectacular-happytastic celebrations that make you forget what day it is.
And sometimes, you forget that it’s Sunday. As in, Etsy Sunday. So, (just this once) it’s Etsy Monday.
Don’t think of it as “one day late.” Think of it as “only six days until the next one.”
This week, I was inspired by an e-mail I got from Sarah, with a link to a “crochet dino” on Etsy - something, she insisted, that was so stupendously awesome that I just could not miss it. As soon as I read this missive (sent from Ireland, no less!) - I knew I would love it, and that it must be shared with all of you. Sadly - the link was in error.
Happily, though - there are plenty of things fitting this description that are a mere Etsy search away. Such as...
And - seriously, this is so awesome, I just might faint. A magical Liopleurodon. (Sorry about the massive size...I can’t figure out how to change it! Help, Sarah!)

I love your dinos! My knitting group has recently taken it upon ourselves to teach ourselves to crochet...simply for the sake of Amigurumi! I have already completed the crocheting of my first amigurumi, Jacques the Sea Turtle, now I just need to sew him together! Yeah!
I will definitely check out Etsy for more patterns and ideas.
